These terms apply to your use of this website and the LiftManor app. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
LiftManor is software for gyms to manage members, plans, payment records, invoices, classes and attendance, and for members to view their own gym information. Features may change as the product is developed.
Gym owners and plans
LiftManor is offered to gym owners on a Basic or Premium plan. Plan fees are agreed with us directly, and access is switched on by us after we confirm payment. Pricing and what each plan includes are confirmed with you before you start.
Members
Members can only join through a gym that has added them. A gym can pause or end a member's access, for example if a membership expires or is frozen. The gym, not LiftManor, sets its own membership fees and rules.
Payments between members and gyms
LiftManor does not process payments. Money a member pays to a gym goes directly to that gym, and any refund or fee dispute is between the member and the gym. The app records payments and invoices that the gym enters.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login details and codes private and give accurate information. Gym owners are responsible for the member information they enter and for having the right to enter it. Do not misuse the service, try to access other gyms' data, or interfere with how it runs.
AI assistant
AI answers are general information about fitness and diet, not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional before changing your health routine.
Availability
We aim to keep LiftManor running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Notifications are sent on a best-effort basis and delivery or timing is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LiftManor is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-business losses arising from its use.
Ending use
You can stop using LiftManor at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. A gym owner can ask us to remove their gym data by writing to repforge.apps@gmail.com.

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
